Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) Nagpur University's exam has been rescheduled

paper of Nagpur University's Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) exam has been rescheduled as officials at Dr Ambedkar College erroneously distributed the question papers of Wednesday's exams on Sunday.

The university has now deferred the second paper of Digital Electronics (DE-II) of BCA first year, which was supposed to be conducted on Wednesday, to April 19. The reason for the change of schedule was that the question paper of DE-II was mistakenly circulated to some students at Deekshabhoomi-based Dr Ambedkar College by the centre in-charge on Sunday. The students were supposed to appear for the first paper of Digital Electronics (DE-I).

It was already 15-20 minutes before the students complained, and the officials distributed the correct paper sets in a hurry. The DE-I paper hence began about 30 minutes late at the centre.

VC SN Pathan was not available for comments as usual, while pro-VC GS Parasher, who is in-charge of the examination section, was in Mumbai. Controller of examinations Debendranath Mishra cited ‘technical problems' for deferring the DE-II paper. He however confirmed that there had been some ‘human error', without disclosing much.
